Are you an inspiring SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new and challenging role in September 2019?

As a leading education agency within the Stoke-on-Trent area, we are now working in partnership with more Special Educational Needs schools than ever before.

Reed Education are now recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants who are hoping to secure a long term role from September, 2019.

Year on year we successfully place teaching assistants into their ideal placements for September, assisting you every step of the way - application process, interview techniques and 24 hour contact with a professional recruitment consultant dedicated to your needs.

As specialist consultant for long term positions, I can offer roles which last for a minimum of one term - with most lasting longer based on the schools individual requirements. As an ex-teacher myself, I moved into Education Recruitment 3 years ago and have been very successful at developing excellent relationships with both my staff and those schools most local to you.

REF: Laura Holland SEND Consultant. Reed Education

'Laura makes agency work accessible:

Facilitating a smooth registration process, explaining the process and demonstrating follow through so that it is an efficient process. Experience of other agency consultants teaches me this is not always the case.

Contact - Laura is accessible to any queries and often outside office hours. If she says she will ring you back or email you she will do.

Experience - Laura's safeguarding knowledge for agency workers is good and she can effectively sign post workers in difficult circumstances

Personality - Warm, friendly, accepting and competent.
To sum up I would move agencies to continue working under her direction because consultants as dedicated as this are priceless.'
