HR Administrator / Advisor
Macildowie is excited to be working with a large education business, based in Warwickshire that is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a Temporary basis. This role is full time hours and is paying between GBP10-13 per hour.
Day to day the role will include dealing with issues such as creating new starter packs, checking right to work, creating outcome letters from meetings and being a first line of enquiry for various HR issues.
This role deals with a high volume of transaction HR administration work, where you will get to use your knowledge of the company policy and procedure to provide a first class service for your colleagues!
The ability to work with enthusiasm and pace as part of this HR team is essential, and the efficient undertaking of this role is crucial to the performance of the wider business.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong administrative background and previous HR experience would be advantageous so the candidate has the ability to hit the ground running.
As a person the candidate will need to be professional, team orientated and enthusiastic, bringing real energy to the team and the wider business.
The ability to prioritise work is absolutely crucial as this is a fast paced organisation with lots of moving parts, and dealing with changing issues is vital to be successful.
