Our client based in Cannock are currently recruiting for a Software Customer Service Rep with excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for enthusiastic Telephone Support individuals, who are experienced in providing First Class customer support. If you enjoy answering and prioritising calls, working to tight deadlines, and problem solving, this could be the role for you!

The successful candidate will be responsible for logging and answering calls to provide a timely resolution for the client base.

Reporting to the support supervisor, your duties will include:

Answering the incoming support telephone line

Logging, investigating and diagnosis of incidents

Monitoring support calls to ensure timely resolution

Creating support documentation

Identifying priority calls, and escalating appropriately

Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a Rota basis.

Salary is GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum DOE
