Compass Associates are proud to be partnering exclusively with a highly reputable and award-winning provider of Specialist Children's Residential services, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Children's Manager to oversee a newly registered provision within the Shrewsbury, Shropshire area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a brand-new specialist Children's provision that is going through the process of being Registered with Ofsted. The Registered Manager will be responsible for motivating a newly recruited staff team to deliver the highest quality care to children aged between 8-16 years old with Complex Needs such as; Severe Learning Disabilities, ASD and Challenging Behaviour (Therefore, experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). As the Registered Manager, you will hold the Ofsted Registration for the provision, and must hold the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to these levels of children.

The Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the day-day running of this new Children's provision. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and hold autonomy for the provision and full accountability for holding the Ofsted Registration. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with Ofsted, increasing the occupancy, and performance of the service

Interview Process
This will run over a 2-part process which will initially begin with an informal conversation with the Director of Operations and will then be followed with a formal interview and presentation.
