About the role and team

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic secretary to join our busy Employment and Pensions Department on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The successful applicant will be providing comprehensive secretarial support to a Partner, Senior Associate as well as the broader team.

About the candidate

Advanced level IT skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity in other IT systems such as digital dictation are essential together with a confident manner, excellent organisation, diary management and communication skills. A background in the legal field would be desirable.

The role also necessitates working with the other secretaries in the team to ensure all fee earners in the department are supported to a high standard. This is a rewarding and varied role requiring strong secretarial and administration experience.
