Salary: GBP30,500 - GBP40,500 per annum (GBP16.25 per hour + PAID BREAKS) + excellent benefits

Further details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home located in Droitwich, Worcestershire. This warm and cosy nursing home creates a friendly and welcoming environment for the residents and their families. The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. Staff morale at the home is very high. The home boasts excellent state of the art facilities including modern technology, a varied activities programme and beautiful gardens for residents to relax and unwind.

This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their small specialised nursing homes based in Droitwich. This service cares for residents aged 18+ with complex mental health needs including Schizophrenia, Alzheimer's and Dementia. The Home Manager can be flexible to accommodate part time, full time, days shifts, night shifts or a combination to suit you. The service boasts a good reputation for the high quality of care that they provide and a good CQC rating.

Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full or part-time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
