We are currently seeking a creative and ambitious Primary Teaching Assistant who holds a degree with a 2:2 and above for well-established Primary School based in the Coventry area. You will need to a bright, enthusiastic and compassionate person who wants to encourage and excite students about learning. You will need to have exceptional communication and written skills and have the ability to be able to speak to students, teachers and parents. You will need to be confident in dealing with any new challenges and the capability to engage with the children. You will be able to use your own initiative and work in small groups when required as this will be a big part when assisting the class teacher. You will be required to work across all subject areas such as Maths, English and PE and the ability to gather resources for activities, help and arrange lesson preparation with help from the class teacher. You need to be a dynamic and have a pro-active attitude towards your work which will then reflect onto the students.
