A Customer Support Advisor is a crucial part to the team within our lending department, without them our customers wouldn't be able to process a variety of amendments to their mortgages and be supported and advised through the processes. The lending department manages the entire life cycle of a mortgage account. From receipt of the initial applications, underwriting to completion and then servicing the needs of existing customers through to final redemption.
As a Customer Support Advisor within Existing Lending you will also be providing a central support service to our customers, the branch network and the Contact Centre.

We are looking for customer-oriented and detail-focused individuals who can maintain quality standards within a busy working environment. You'll have experience of delivering a high level of customer service and you'll be motivated knowing your actions result in a successful department and happy customer. You will be required to be flexible and be able to pick up new processes quickly managing multiple projects at multiple speeds.
It's important you have a strong attention to detail and a 'can-do' attitude enabling you to always get things right for the department and the customer.
