CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN COLESHILL TOWN CENTRE - £19310 + BENEFITS + FREE PARKING!!

My client is an expanding financial services provider and due to an expansion they are now looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Agents to join them on a permanent basis. Candidates will need to be enthusiastic and have desire/drive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a fantastic experience. You will be an excellent communicator with good verbal and listening skills with an ability to resolve complaints and all issues swiftly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role you will be required to go through a compliance check-list, failure to pass these will result in your application being withdrawn:

5 years of work history (where applicable)
Successfully passing the credit check (no CCJ's or Bankruptcy charges)
Successfully passing a DBS check (criminal record history)
5 years of address history

[ The role ]

- Providing first line telephone support to the Customer Care Lines - taking incoming calls from customers and providing effective solutions and advice
- Positively handling all inbound calls within agreed service levels, ensuring both customers and the company's expectations are achieved
- Assisting other members of the Customer Service Team and positively contributing to the team and success of the company
- Consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience in line with departmental guidelines
- Accepting feedback and striving to continuously improve performance
- Ensuring that all Operation Procedures are followed and, where necessary, make recommendations for change to procedures

- Ability to multi-task and retain information
- An excellent telephone manner along with the ability to remain calm, work efficiently and follow procedures
- Confidence when working alone but you will also love working in a team environment
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to process high volumes with a high level of accuracy
- PC literate
- Ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner/ability to resolve conflict successfully
- Good time-keeping and reliability

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm (rota) and working 1 Saturday in every 4 weeks.
