Briggs Equipment UK are the sole distributor for the Hyster and Yale brand of forklift trucks and a leading UK provider of Engineering Services. We have an exciting new position within our organisation for a Business Process Coach.

The Successful Business Process Coach will be responsible for:

* Working closely with the departmental managers and supervisors to motivate and guide them in the creation of highly effective business processes and the embedding of a continuous improvement model

* Changing the mind-set of key individuals in regards to recognition of the benefits and importance of developing strong and recognised business processes that are fully embedded and undertaking activities focussed on continuous improvement;

* Carry out internal process audits, identify areas for improvement and help support departmental managers and supervisors with expert process knowledge;

* Coach and support departmental managers and supervisors in embedding 'self-auditing' type activities;

* Coach and support departmental managers and supervisors in shifting towards a continuous improvement driven mind-set and to help them utilise continuous improvement tools within a continuous improvement model;

* Provide guidance, support and expertise on process excellence and continuous improvement;

* Play a leading role in quality, process or continuous improvement related projects/ initiatives;

* Chairing and attending meetings at all levels relating to process excellence and continuous improvement (both internal and external)

* Recording and analysing quality management and continuous improvement statistics and KPI's

The Successful Business Process Coach will have/ be:

* Significant and demonstrable experience playing an integral role in businesses who achieve process excellence/ highly effective continuous improvement;

* Qualification in recognised continuous improvement model (Lean Six Sigma - green or black belt, Kaizen or similar);

* ISO 9001 experience;

* Commercial awareness;

* Ability to influence and motivate others;

* Demonstrable experience of utilising coaching style to motivate change (coaching qualification would be advantageous);

* Self-motivated individual with the ability to plan workload;

* Ability to work effectively in an individual basis or as part of a team;

* Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and build rapport at all levels;

* Computer literate;

* Full UK driving licence;

* Willing to travel on occasions throughout UK.

The successful Business Process Coach will command:

* A base salary of GBP37,500 - GBP42,000

* Management bonus of 20%

* Company car

* 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays
