Operations Administrator

Birmingham

Full Time, perm

Up to GBP25,000

You will be joining a Global law firm in their Birmingham office. You will be working alongside the Operations team is responsible for the provision of all business-related services to the client facing teams including HR, finance, IT, communications, marketing and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Finance Director, Operations Partner and IT Director.
  • Internal Audit Admin
  • Risk management & compliance
  • Review documents
  • Audit & Accounts support
  • PLC related admin
  • Data input
  • General correspondence & PA support

Person Specifics:

  • Experience working in an administration or office environment
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Motivated, team player
  • Experience within a professional financial services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
