In a nutshell

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our business to develop and manage relationships with clients to maximise engagement and profitability of key customer accounts whilst developing excellent client relationships through our ways of working and behaviours

About the role

You will be:

* To provide an effective account management service to aligned Tier 2 and / or Tier 1 accounts through the agreed Ways of Working model

* To maximise client learner engagement across a range of Work Based Learning (WBL) programmes while identifying and securing new business opportunities in line with the company business plan, supporting and developing new key accounts

* To develop quarterly/annual account plans for all aligned clients, work with the Senior Client Account Executive to agree any necessary support from the client account executive team and to deliver against agreed priorities
