An exciting new position to work with one of my fantastic clients has become available.

The role will entail maintaining and growing sales of the company's Industrial Roof lighting range for a defined list customer's.

- You will be required to prospect for new business within a defined region/market sector.

- Making 'professional' calls to new and existing contacts to achieve maximum sales profitability, developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations to all necessary contacts.

- Proactively build, maintain dynamic project pipeline whilst building and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Promote, sell and secure orders by communicating the features and benefits of products and services to new and existing contacts by assisting them in selecting those products best suited to their needs.

- Coordinating your sales effort with the company's marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, ABMs, TSMs and technical service functions.

- Analysing the customers buying potential to determine the value of existing and prospective sales.

- Develop accurate and timely reporting techniques

- Proactively take part in Sales Team meetings

- Update and maintain customer records in XRM

- Carry out other duties as and when required by the National Sales Manager to assist in the achievement of any other area objectives.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- 2 years sales/customer service experience preferably in the Construction Industry.

- Can demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving with an ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)

- Must be results-orientated.

- Able to work both independently and within a team environment

- Good IT skills
