IT Infrastructure Programme Manager / Platform Lead (Home working available)

A large and growing insurance company is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead its internal infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic new opportunity for someone to join a fast growing business who are investing heavily in technology and growth. The role will be responsible for a range of duties including;
- Transforming the infrastructure within the business
- Improving technology for offices and individuals (moving towards a mobile workforce)
- Moving data centre into the Cloud
- Focusing heavily on Agile approach
- Restructuring the digital workplace
- Managing multiple programmes, project managers, stakeholders, budgets and product visions/strategies
- Taking ownership of business transformation and change management
- Developing service level agreements and managing vendors
- Defining and tracking KPIs

This Digital / Infrastructure Programme Manager role is paying a salary of up to £80,000 based on experience and includes an excellent benefits package including 25 days annual leave, industry leading pension scheme, bonus and contribution towards public transport costs. In addition the company will also consider candidates who would are looking for a split between home and office working.

To be considered for this Infrastructure Platform / Programme Lead role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role (industry experience is not essential), along with the following:
- Excellent Stakeholder and business and vendor management skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project and programme management (ideally with a digital focus and covering cloud technology)
- Ability to manage teams as well as build solid internal relationships
- Highly strategic with good knowledge of business transformation and change management
- Management of large scale project budgets
- Proven leadership skills
