Your new role

As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

* Providing excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation.

* Keeping the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

* Customer-orientated to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

* Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

* Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

* Develop service procedures, policies and standards

* Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

* Mentor and develop colleagues and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

* Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

* An orderly workflow according to priorities

* Maintain effectively and manage large amounts of incoming calls

* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

* Meet personal/team sales targets

* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

* Take the extra mile to engage customers

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be someone organised, efficient and adaptable whilst possessing excellent customer service acumen. Being someone who can see through a whole process will stand you in good stead as this will be an important aspect of this role.
