Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for a new development. This is a 5 day position working Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday 7.5 hours a day. You will be working on a development taking customer details, qualifying their suitability, current market position and giving detailed and accurate information on the product you are selling.

You will also need to:

Liaise with the sales manager, site manager and the sales and marketing team to ensure sale of all units as they are released.

You will be responsible for managing the progression of the sales through to exchange and completion

Make sure that the sales area and surrounding grounds and show homes are clean and presentable at all times.

Manage a database of visitors and clients re-trawling on the CRM system when required to maximise revisits.

Keeping all administration for your development up to date at all times being competent on the developers computer system.

You will be working on your own and will be responsible for opening and closing the sales office daily and accountable for all activity.

You will need to have your own Transport and have a full driving licence.
