Company that is changing the face of treatment in the medical industry is looking for a Software Test Engineer with experience testing embedded software in a real-time environment to work on their pioneering medical devices.
With their product currently being successfully used in clinics around the country, now is a great time for the Embedded Software Test Engineer to join the company as production continues to thrive. The company also has ambitious recruitment plans and is aiming to grow from 110 employees to around 150 within the next year.
Joining a team of 11 other software engineers/testers, work will focus on designing, executing and documenting the testing activities to cover the specific area of the software system. This will also involve tasks such as maintaining and evolving the testing infrastructure and tools in line with company plans.
The Embedded Software Test Engineer does not need to come from a medical background, but they will need experience testing embedded software systems for safety critical or high integrity real-time products.

Embedded Software Test Engineer (Pioneering Medical Devices) requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or a similar equivalent
- Hands on experience testing complex real time software within an engineering environment (electronic / mechanical)
- Knowledge of C programming
