Our Operations team are looking for a Membership and Customer Services Officer who will be the first point of contact for members of our Archery community.  Delivering a quality experience for our members and customers is key in this role, seeking to resolve queries efficiently and effectively and ensuring members gain the full value of their membership. Using your high attention to detail you will update and maintain our online membership system and customer databases and apply your organisation and time management skills to ad hoc project work. Successful candidates will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally gained in a customer service environment, and demonstrate the ability to work well under time pressure while still able to provide excellent customer service.

With proven skills in Microsoft Office you will have experience of working in a busy office environment and in managing your own workload.  Your effective planning and time management skills will enable you to manage multiple activities, and as a confident communicator you will provide support across different teams.  Successful candidates will be team players who can quickly build internal and external relationships; providing excellent customer service and attention to detail on all activities.
