CABA is a charity providing lifelong wellbeing support to past and present ICAEW members and their families in the UK and across the globe – whether they’re in training, in practice or business, have left the profession or retired.

A recent reorganisation has created an opportunity for us to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Relationship Development Officer – International to join our engagement team.

CABA is at the beginning of an ambitious five year strategy and the role is responsible for ensuring operational delivery against this strategy. This will be through actively building and managing new and existing business relationships with international firms, businesses, business networks and city groups and through our strategic partnership with ICAEW to deliver opportunities to connect and support past and present ICAEW members, ACA students and their families across the globe.

The role is newly created and as such will allow the successful candidate considerable autonomy to develop the role. To enjoy this autonomy to the full you must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and prioritise your own work. With our global channel at early stages of development, it is essential the successful candidate has proven ability in early stage relationship development and has the ability to interpret data and gather intelligence.

We are looking for a highly organised, driven, enthusiastic individual, who is creative and self-motivated with excellent administration and project management skills.

To apply you must be able to demonstrate that you possess passion, integrity, trust and be a great team player. The team aspect of this role is vital as you will be working closely with other departments within CABA; not only ensure that you are presenting the whole range of our services, but also to ensure that client expectations can be met and our services delivered in line with those expectations.

Being results oriented, you will need to demonstrate that you have a successful track record of delivering against targets. A background within either the charity sector or within membership type organisations would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will enjoy a great working environment and a highly competitive salary. We provide a great rewards package, including up to 10% pension, private medical insurance for you and your family, income protection insurance, a generous holiday allowance and flexible working.

Please be aware that appointment is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
