Salary: GBP68,800 to GBP76,165 (plus GBP5,500 Car Allowance)

You will be an experienced senior litigation solicitor but just as importantly you will be inspired by the opportunity to bring out the best in others, enabling them to flourish professionally and personally.
They are looking for an experienced, expert personal injury litigator, who will drive standards, performance and results and will motivate others to deliver the best service for clients, using the law to secure justice. A key responsibility will be performance management of their fee earners to ensure they deliver excellent client care.
The ideal candidate will have sound experience in EL/PL litigation, performance management of a large team including conducting case supervision and delivering excellent client care, and will have worked as part of a management team in a legal practice.
The role requires established skills in coordinating team resources, training and communication of best practice for case handling, to help optimise both efficiency and cost. In addition, the role will involve leading and delivering on operational initiatives and will act for the National Litigation Unit Manager as required.
