Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
  • Demonstrate awareness of divisional business plans to ensure that work activities are aligned to, and support its achievement
  • Undertake complex diary management and scheduling pro-actively ensuring effective use of time in line with working priorities
  • Organise internal and external meetings, book venues and meeting rooms, make arrangement for equipment and catering and ensure invitations and notes are distributed in a timely fashion
  • Screen, prioritise and annotate incoming information and communications (telephone, electronic, paper) responding, redirecting or referring to the team as appropriate.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication processes are effective and to maximize opportunities for influence
  • Collate and produce PowerPoint presentations for team members


You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Ability to plan and manage own work load plus manage upwards
  • Highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach and able to work effectively at critical periods
  • Preparation of monthly/quaterly reports and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
  • Highly developed and influential communicator
