You must be a gifted KS2 Teacher (NQT) who can show an optimistic and positive outlook which will reflect on your students, amplifying their passion for learning. It is essential for you to possess high standards of inclusive practice and a clear, cohesive, engaging teaching style. About the Role
As a KS2 Teacher (NQT), you will be taking over a particular class within KS2 based on demand within the school. In this role, you will be making the most of opportunities to develop as a teacher through the CPD program and keeping your students engaged with the help of a supportive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant. You will be guided by the successful Headteacher and the school's excellent facilities will be at your disposal. It is hoped that you can align your teaching style to match the creative philosophy of this successful department and bring your fresh, innovative ideas along to staff meetings.
