Our Opportunity

Here at Signet, we have 2 fantastic opportunities available for Customer Contact Administrators to join our busy Watch Estimates Team. Based in our Contact Centre, our Team receive over 500 repairs estimates a day and you'll be speaking to our customers to see if they wish to go ahead with Jewellery or Watch repairs based on the estimates our experts provide. You'll provide vital support to our customers, stores and our watch brands. Overcoming any objections our customers may have, you'll have excellent persuasive skills and be keen to learn about our products. This is a target-based position and you'll pull out all the stops to help your team achieve their KPI's.

About you

  • You'll be passionate about providing excellent customer service with previous call centre experience.
  • You'll be responsible for calculating discounts and costs of repairs, so you need to be comfortable working with numbers.
  • Demonstratable IT literacy skills with Microsoft Office (specifically MS Word and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to talk and type simultaneously in this fast-paced role.
  • Demonstrable confident and personable communication skills with the ability to build rapport
