Office Administrator/Customer Service - Stoke on Trent

Salary up to 19k

Working in a small team an experienced Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills required to provide effective and efficient administration support to the team. Ensure administration tasks are performed in an efficient and timely manner - Ensure all documents are filed accurately on a continuous/ regular basis to ensure easy retrieval - Supporting other functions as required Experience - Excellent keyboard skills - IT- Microsoft packages including word, excel, outlook - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience of working on own initiative

The ideal candidate should be accurate, with an eye for detail, able to work unsupervised and manage their own workload. Positive attitude to their work and good timekeeping skills.
