Job Summary

In this role you will work alongside the sales office team. The role requires the ability to liaise with a varied customer base to offer accurate quotations and order updates while working with the internal team above to achieve the customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing
  • Supply customers with quotations and order updates
  • Assist customers with any questions or issues they may have

Background and Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products,
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers
  • Highly motivated to take up challenging tasks

This role would suit a variety of candidates from all backgrounds with strng customer service experince, including graduates or those from a retail background looking to get into an office role.

Hours of work

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
