Role Profile:

Provide day to day support and supervision to the Provisioning TeamConverts the Forward Schedule into detailed tasks for the Provisioning Team.

Monitor and manage the distribution of work, and report on team performance, progress of services and issues/risks.

Provide support and resolution to escalated issues.

Conduct monthly one to one's with individual team members as well as formal reviews.

Converts the Forward Schedule into detailed tasks for the Data management Team

Co-ordinates activities with the Planner, with upcoming works and confirmation of completion of activities.

Conduct Impact assessments for planned works (changes) to the network

Record planned changes within the SMS, identifying CI's, duration of works and NRTS IDs, TAFs

Submittal of PEWs to the NOC for approval

Co-ordination with Senior Asset Data Analyst

Liaison with Design Team to understand scope of works and assist with design changes

Follow and acknowledgement of tasks from the Forward Schedule of Change

To recognise opportunities for improvement to procedures and practices and proactively offering ideas and solutions to problems which impact or influence team performance

Typical Deliverables:

Manage Provisioning team.

Ensure all required schemes are delivered to Regional Project Managers on time.

Ensure all provisioning activities are RIGHT FIRST TIME.

Business Operations Skills - Experience:

Team working skills, including the ability to manage and lead a team.

Tasking based on available skillset

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Capable of managing own team and workload with minimal supervision

Able to demonstrate a natural aptitude for coaching and people management

Able to converse clearly and concisely over the phone, by e-mail and in person internally and externally at a variety of levels

Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:

BSc Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent.
