National Account Manager
Our client who's head office is based in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit a National Account Manager to join thier team.
Salary: GBP45,000 p.a.
Bonus: Up to 20% of salary
Holiday: 24 days
Location: Home or office based
Please not that this role is field based with the opportunity to also work from home so will suit candidates from across the country.

- To be a self-starter that is willing to take full responsibility for the strategic direction of the Accounts and Channels.
- Always being pro-active with a clear focus on long term planning.
- To be able to create clear strategic plans that drive long term sustainable growth.
- To be a proven category manager. Understanding how to analyse EPOS trends and in turn use this information to manage and grow the sales and profit within the category.
- To have experience and understanding of Far East direct sourcing.
- To take Full P&L Responsibility.
- To continue and enhance the already strong and collaborative customer relationships.
- To develop a high-level understanding of the consumer (by channel).
- To display a willingness to learn and immerse themselves in the category.
- To develop and maintain a strong promotional calendar.
- To communicate effectively at all levels (Internally & Externally).
Criteria for Evaluation:
(Financial results, improvements in the org., development of employees etc)
-Demonstrable account management experience with UK National Accounts
-Good knowledge of the UK Trade
Our client is looking for someone with experience with managing national accounts only as this will be a very demanding but also rewarding role.
