A property developer are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage the build of affordable properties for a local housing association based on site in Malvern,Worcestershire

The role:

As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the housing development and subcontract trades and labour. You will manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Company:

A privately owned Birmingham based house builder. They build traditional affordable housing association as well as open market private housing schemes across the Midlands and build over 160 homes annually. Typical sites range up to a maximum of 30 houses and apartments per development. They build a mixture of private and affordable housing.

The Person:

It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager in a similar house building environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
