My client is a nationwide specialist conveyancing firm who offer a value service to their clients which has spurred year on year growth.

Due to consistent growth, they intend to further develop their presence in Newcastle and are keen to hear from qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers and candidates qualified through experience to join their established conveyancing team. You must be familiar with all areas of the conveyancing process and have a methodical approach to working.

You will be responsible for your own case load of sales and purchase files, working in a highly efficient and successful team with paralegal support. The candidate will have gained solid experienced managing a case load of volume conveyancing files, ideally 80 or more.

The firm is based in the centre of Newcastle and is close to all major transport links.
