Fashion and Social Media fanatics, look no further! A full-service agency, that you've no doubt heard of, is hiring a Social Media and Community Management Executive to handle social media, mainly for one of their most prestigious accounts.
This Social Media and Community Management Executive will immerse themselves in everything social media, predominately servicing a household name client in the ladies fashion sector. You'll be 'on it' when it comes to anything social media and will think nothing of commenting like a flash when someone mentions your products on Instagram or Facebook! Community Management really is key to this role. You'll work alongside the digital team, consisting of specialists in PPC and SEO Executives, plus the PR team, to create first-rate content that's up to date with current trends, 'switched on' and in line with wider content management strategies. Someone who lives and breathes social like you won't be frightened to offer up new ideas and make suggestions based on your excellent knowledge of market trends. You'll devise and schedule content, managing the community side, and don't forget that you'll need to be comfortable working across other brands beyond fashion, including travel and lifestyle.
What we're looking for
Obviously, we're looking for someone who is passionate about community management and social media! You'll have a minimum of 1 years' experience of managing a brand's social channels including community management. You'll have a background of working in the consumer sector, ideally with an agency but in-house experience will be considered. This role is for someone who pairs creativity with getting stuck in, who isn't afraid to ask questions and put forward new ideas. You must have an excellent understanding of tone of voice and personality across social channels, with impeccable attention to detail. Experience of using social media management platforms including Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Buffer would be expected plus insight tools including Facebook Insights. You'll be comfortable with clients, able to manage relationships and know how to strategise in line with a business workflow.

You'll need to a car to get to this office but it's easily accessible from motorway networks across South Birmingham.
