As our Maintenance Contracts and Facilities Coordinator you will manage the annual maintenance contracts in place for our retirement villages and schemes planning any follow-up work resulting from these to ensure compliance with Legislation and best practice.

Review the Quality, Cost and Delivery of services associated with maintenance activities in order to give a good service to residents that is value for money.

Manage all administration tasks associated with the role to arrange production of KPI’s and other management reports.

Our Maintenance Contracts and Facilities Coordinator will compile specifications for service contracts prior to the procurement of contractor services. This will entail visits to Locations to meet with Maintenance team / Location management to agree the content of specifications based upon the needs of the Scheme or Village and periodic follow-ups to site to ensure the work is to standard and value for money.

Run the service contracts program on a day to day basis for all Locations and Head Office e.g. Legionella testing, Gas servicing, Fire alarm and E lighting, Grounds maintenance, Lifts etc. Set up contracts for new Villages and measure performance with scheduled visits to Location throughout first year.

Deal with day to day maintenance issues arising in Head Office and at some locations e.g. Lighting/Lift/Heating failure and Access card problems etc.

Supplier Quality Assurance– Plan and schedule review meetings with our Contractors both at Head Office and in Locations to monitor their performance via KPI’s.
