Maintenance and Procurement Co-ordinator
Up to £20,000.00 per annum + 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

Deepdene Care is a national mental healthcare provider operating seven homes nationwide, offering high quality care to people with severe and enduring mental health needs. The Company was established in 1987, providing services that include community housing, specialised nursing care and residential care. Deepdene Care are able to provide our service users with a support structure best suited to their individual needs.
We have an exciting opportunity available to join the team at Deepdene Care Head Office. We are looking for a reliable, experienced and highly organised individual with a friendly and supportive nature who has the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines to be based at Head Office in Solihull, West Midlands, to support the daily running of our homes. Previous admin experience required and further in-house training is provided. Procurement experience and an in-depth health and safety knowledge is desired but not essential.
Duties will include answering the telephone, buying and sourcing, arranging maintenance repairs, overseeing the Companies Health and Safety duties, general administration duties. The successful candidate will have excellent interaction, organisational and communication skills, with an in depth knowledge on Microsoft office. The successful candidate must also be able to manage their own workload and be able to work effectively in a friendly but fast paced working environment.
