1st Line Support Analyst
A fantastic opportunity for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join a leading insurance company in Brierley Hill.
This is an office-based role where you support the Senior Support Analyst providing 1st line technical support and will be the first line of contact for my client's internal users.
Duties will include:
- To investigate and log support tickets using FreshDesk
- Setup hardware, Mitel Desk Phones and soft-phones
- Escalate IT issues
- Ensuring software is up to date including virus Anti-virus
The ideal candidate will have 2 or more year's 1st Line support experience, have at least an A Level or HND in Computer Studies or equivalent qualification in IT, be a great communicator, self-motivated, keen to learn, and with fine attention to detail.
A good knowledge of MS office 2016 & 365, Windows Server 2012, Azure and Exchange Server will also be beneficial. A basic understanding of networking and VOIP telephone systems (Mitel) would also be a massive advantage.
