Would you like to support amazing Young People to live their lives to the full, whilst receiving top of the range training and shift patterns offering excellent work / life balance? We offer that with Bank work, where you will cover shifts for us on an ad-hoc basis.

Branas Isaf, part of the CareTech Group, have been ambassadors within Children's Residential Care for over 20 years and have been recognised with numerous awards for the amazing and inspiring work we do, and more importantly, the superb outcomes we produce for our Young People.

* We offer a comprehensive training programme for all of our staff to ensure that they can provide the best support for our Young People

* All of our homes are in picturesque locations, and you will quite often find yourself out and about exploring the beautiful countryside with our Young People

* We believe in work-life balance - you can choose your shifts, all we ask is that you do at least one full shift every 3 months!

We're looking for person-centred Bank Support Workers who share the same values as we do. Unqualified Support Workers have a typical starting hourly rate of GBP8.21 per hour, moving to GBP9.14 if you are qualified. You also have an extra earning potential of GBP67.50 per sleep-in. This increases even further once you have completed your Level 3 in Children's Residential Care, which we fully put you through. All this is done over a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern which minimises your travel to and from work!

Benefits include:

Excellent top of the range training

GBP67.50 per sleep-in

Minimal travel due to 2 days on, 4 days off shift patterns

A varied and rewarding environment

The opportunity to work in some beautiful locations!

Our Branas Isaf Support Workers need to be holders of manual driving licences, due to the location of our homes and the needs of the Young People. Our homes in the Bromyard area are a short drive from numerous areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with rivers, mountains and outdoor activities a stones throw away.

You should apply for this role if you are looking for an opportunity offering work / life balance whilst being able to have other commitments in life, excellent training in Social Care and flexible shifts. Easily commutable from Malvern, Leominster, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Worcester and surrounding areas.
