Executive Assistant to HR Director & HR Executive
My client based in South Birmingham is a renowned, forward thinking, innovative business with an outstanding reputation in their field. An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support a charismatic, dynamic, passionate HR Director who works at 110 miles an hour. The role will also support the wider HR team. This role is ideal for an Executive Assistant with a real passion for HR and there would be a long term opportunity to take on specific HR responsibility. The company would fund further qualifications.
The role will provide extensive diary management support and acting is a true gatekeeper for all communications. You will organise meetings, travel, support research and board reporting. You will deal with highly confidential HR informational, plans and strategy. You will work closely with the HR Director and wider team to deliver on people strategy and organisational change and design. This role requires an innovative individual who can embrace change and can work in a fast paced environment.
You will have key involvement in HR projects such as training and development , organisational planning and much more. This role is ideal for anyone with a passion for HR who perhaps is keen to develop their career in this direction. There is every opportunity to take on HR projects and duties and really embrace the people element of this role.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong PA/EA background at board level. You will have experience of supporting in fast paced environment. Exposure to HR in a forward thinking environment is key for this role as they are keen on someone who can really add vaue and bring new ideas to the table..
