SF Recruitment are currently looking for an Account Manager to join an exciting business based in Southam.
This position will report to the Sales Office Manager and will be responsible for developing new and existing accounts for the business.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing the customer accounts
- Developing new business
- Processing customers orders and ensuring all information is correct
- Building rapport with customers
- Keeping track of any stock changes
- Delivering good communication with customers
- Liaise with other staff members across departments
- Using the in house system when processing the orders
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Experience using the Microsoft Office package
- Be able to work well within a team
- Enjoy selling and developing new business
- Good IT skills
- Excellent written English - spelling and grammar
This position is paying a basic salary of up to GBP22,500 dependent on experience with OTE of GBP30,000-GBP32,000 within the first 18 months. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 with 30 minutes lunch as well as 1 in 3 (more like 1 in 4) Saturdays 8.30 - 12.30.
