We are looking for Telesales professionals to join our growing team in Tamworth.
It's an exciting time to join phs as we are enhancing our account management approach for our smaller customers and we are doubling the size of our Tamworth Telephone Account Management team.
We are looking for driven and self-motivated individuals who thrive on achieving targets.
You will be focused on developing relationships with our existing customers, growing accounts by understanding our customers needs and how we can fulfil them, regularly checking our customer experience is positive to maintain the relationship and the business.
You will be a driven and hardworking telesales professional who thrives in a fast -paced, commercial environment. You will have a focused approach to winning and retaining business through successful account strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Use our bespoke CRM to retain and grow business from a portfolio of existing customers.
- Develop relationships with your customers to grow accounts with additional services and products. Renew and retain business and close sales deals over the phone.
- Forecast and deliver against revenue and retention targets.
- Focus on the root cause of problems and help identify ways to solve them
- Ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do
- Help to promote a culture of customer excellence, quality and improvement
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations Centres to ensure customers receive a best in class service and ensure cancellations are kept to a minimum
- Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities
- Use targeted Marketing campaigns to unlock the growth potential in your accounts
We are located on the Tame Valley industrial estate in a recently refurbished Telesales centre, with the added bonus of free parking.
