Position: European Export Sales Support Executive

Salary: GBP25-28k OTE subject to experience

Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30 - 5.00pm, Fri 8.30 - 4.30pm

Our client's Environmental division has grown significantly in recent years and prides itself on a 'fun' but 'get the job done' working environment. The role offers a great opportunity to grow with a continuing successful team that recently won the Hereford business awards for Export in 2018.

Due to continued success, our client is currently looking to recruit for this superb account management and sales support role is coordinating field sales across Europe, helping field sales with quotations, managing key accounts, providing marketing and technical information and being the channel that aids communication between the distributors (French, English and German speaking), sales and production staff. Ultimately your role is to help the Export Manager and Business Development managers increase sales by providing them with a brilliant service.

The company offers excellent working conditions with an open floor office plan and a young, dynamic support team. The role provides a thorough induction programme and the opportunity of a couple of business trips into Europe each year to support key events.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing orders, enquiries and account activity onto the CRM System;
  • Being the day to day account contact for European based clients;
  • Processing export paperwork; stock checking, arranging samples and stocks for events
  • Liaising with production and suppliers;
  • Facilitating email marketing campaigns;
  • Helping with quotations;
  • Organising event bookings
  • Taking inbound sales enquiries;
  • Making outbound tele-sales as a follow up to events and as a requirement to internal promotions
  • Account Management and development of European based accounts.
  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties as required.

About You:

  • Previous industry experience is not required; however, the role requires sales admin or sales support experience, ideally with some international exposure.
  • Fluent French is a must and the German language would be an additional benefit.
