The purpose of the role is to effectively promote, communicate and develop our Clients brand through business development and account management.
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Keeping in touch with existing customers informing them of new products and services
- Developing a strategic account plan to protect and grow business from a portfolio of existing customers
- Being a key point of contact and demonstrating proactive customer relationship management
- Closing sales with customers over the phone
- Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue targets
- Being the initial responder to customer complaints and to delegate any complaints received to the appropriate person indicated
- Increasing sales through contact with existing customers by proactively identifying opportunities
- Responding to and log all new business enquiries
The successful candidate for the role of Account Manager will have:
- Previous experience within similar role
- Experience establishing rapport and building strong relationships with customers
In return the Account Manager will receive a basic salary of GBP18,500pa with a realistic OTE of GBP30,000pa (OTE uncapped). Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm.
