HR Advisor (Contract to December 2019)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a major organisation on a contract basis until the end of December 2019.
- Able to commit to a contract until December 2019
- CIPD Level 5 minimum or possess a degree in HRM (or equivalent)
- Strong HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
- Adherence and promotion of best practice application to the business requirements.
- Updating HR policies & Procedures
- Advising on employment matters
- Organising and supporting in disciplinary hearings
- Attending meetings
- Organising and supporting grievance hearings and investigations
- Maintaining HR system
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly absence reports to analyse and monitor results
- Absence Management
- Labour requirements and management
- New starters and leavers
- Statistical reporting
- Overseeing the recruitment process
- H&S and Payroll
