Your new role
You will deliver customer service to the highest excellence & accuracy. You will be responsible for customer care and services, order taking, building relationships with customers and key departments, telephone call and enquiry management and working alongside colleagues in all departments to ensure the best possible service is provided to the customer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a motivated individual to succeed in this role. You will need to be able to manage your own workload in a demanding environment and have experience liaising with customers via effective means of communication (telephone/email). Strong attention to detail & organisational skills are also preferred for this role as you will be handling all enquires and issues from customers plus taking ownership throughout to resolution stage. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software (Word/Excel) and Lotus Notes.
What you'll get in return
You will have a temporary ongoing position with the possibility of going permanent. You will receive an hourly rate of pay based upon an annual salary of £19,000. The company are a huge advocate of personal development and promoting from within.
