This is a very exciting opportunity and a role I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with this particular client.

We are recruiting for a Global leader in the field of sanitary products and technology, based in the Warwickshire area.

This is a newly created role to lead and develop the Customer Service sales, after-sales and technical support functions within the business. To drive change, customer excellence and develop the systems and process to ensure smooth and efficient operational practise, continual improvements delivery on key company KPI's whilst ensuring the customer journey is effortless and of the highest standard.

You will already have a successful track record of leading people and demonstrate your engaging, motivating and leadership qualities together with creating a great working culture for your team and the wider business. You will have excellent leaderships and communication skills and demonstrate your innovation and willingness to try new approaches and think outside of the box.

You will undoubtedly have a passion for excellent and the people behind the successes that we want to achieve in the future.
