Our client is a personable privately-owned facilities maintenance company with a fresh, dynamic approach to everything they do. Their core business is Building Services Maintenance and they now seek a Business Development Manager with maintenance/facilities management sector experience for their growing Birmingham office.

Duties will include mapping clients, developing meeting opportunities and working with the Bid Team and Senior BD staff to help develop winning bids. You will also have a say on their online marketing strategy in terms of content, ensuring it is relevant to the Midlands business

It would be an advantage for potential candidates to have some sector experience or in a parallel industry such as construction or security with some relationships with potential clients in this sector i.e. Building Owners, Investors, Managing Agents, Property and FM consultants.
