Working as a Sales Ledger Administrator for this national organisation who offer a supportive working environment.
As a Sales Ledger Administrator you will need to have the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Allocating of payments onto the in-house computer system
*Dealing with failed payments and discrepancies
*Preparing information for new customer accounts
*Ability to build relationships and liaising with other departments
*Resolution of discrepancies and queries
*Maintain data files for remittances, payment dates etc
*Maintain data files for Invoicing
*Responsible for the daily banking
*Support administration and assist other teams if required
*Maintain communication through departments
Skills and Experience Required
*Sales Ledger experience is a must
*Experience in high volume reconciliations
*Strong numeracy & analytical skills
*Excellent Customer Service/Relationship Management
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
*Team player but has the ability to work independently to achieve agreed service levels
*Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
*A positive 'can do' attitude
Salary: GBP19,000, Every other Friday is a 1.30pm finish
Commutable Form: Coventry, Leamington, Rugby
