LOCATION: MARKET DRAYTON

JOB TITLE: FACILITIES MANAGER (SCHOOL)

SALARY: GBP29,636 - GBP31,371 per annum

HOURS: FULL TIME, PERMANENT

THE ROLE: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic person to join their successful team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient service, supervising the management of the school facilities and taking a lead role in monitoring health and safety.

The post holder will support the Headteacher and Trust Business Director by taking responsibility for overseeing caretaking of the school site, associated facilities and ensuring legal compliance with the Trusts responsibilities in providing a safe and healthy environment for staff, students and visitors. In addition, the successful post holder will be required to undertake basic administration in support of the Trusts personnel systems. You will have good attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
