The home of brighter futures

Our commitment to delivering sustainable communities which meet the needs of local residents means you can play a crucial role in helping to build brighter futures for an industry leading developer.

If you take as much pride in your work as we do, then the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of planning applications across the division should offer a challenging yet rewarding step up.

An experienced and results-driven Development Planner, you’re keen to take your career to another level. We can promise you a prosperous future with a company that is as caring and ambitious as you are.

We believe that to attract the best, you need to be the best and we therefore offer excellent development and progression opportunities, great benefits and more.

Reporting to the Planning Manager you will support the Land & Planning team in delivering planning applications throughout the region. You will provide valued advice on site appraisals for the Land department and manage planning queries as required.

You should combine strong organisational skills with a proactive and forward thinking approach. A good understanding of relevant regulations and legislation is also important, plus the ability to develop excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation and with third parties, including Planning Departments, Land Agents and Land Owners.

Join our friendly family-owned company and you’ll be part of a business that will value you, your contribution and your ideas. We are committed to investing in your future as you contribute to the success of ours.
