Hays Education are currently working with an SEN Secondary School in North Warwickshire who have recently been rated 'Good' with areas of 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. This school are seeking a Humanities Teacher on a full time basis to join their team as soon as possible on an ongoing long-term basis.
Your new role
Upon joining this school as a Humanities Teacher you will be responsible for delivering lessons across History and Psychology to a tailored curriculum. You should be able to deliver these lessons with enthusiasm and confidence and be able to ensure the pupils are engaged and enjoy their learning. You will be responsible for an active teaching role including planning, marking and assessment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Humanities Teacher with strengths in History or Psychology. You will have experience of working within an SEN or challenging school and be confident with challenging behaviour and assisting pupils with additional needs. Hays Educations welcomes all teachers who have completed their studies and hold full QTS whether you are a more experienced teachers or an NQT.
