About the Overall Objective:

  • The main objective of this position is to plan, execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads for the sales team using data and insight to improve effectiveness and measure ROI.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Following company research and a change in strategy, this business has defined its value propositions and is positioning themselves as experts in each vertical sector.
  • Understanding the customers you are targeting is key, so you will proactively and willingly research and understand the nuances of your given verticals (and be fully trained)
  • Campaign Management: planning, delivering and measuring integrated lead generation marketing campaigns by project managing skill specific colleagues, i.e. product management, data, digital, marketing services, design and outsource to agencies
  • Plan multi-touch campaign acquisition and nurturing programs with compelling calls-to-action and execute hands-on and via colleagues and agencies
  • Campaigns include; direct mail, email, social media, press, events, seminars, exhibitions, and videos. (but welcome your ideas and input)
  • Develop a 'test and learn' culture within the campaign management teams, driving improvements in efficiency and marketing ROI
  • Sales support materials; collateral production and writing (editing) sales presentations

About the Requirements:

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally related to professional services i.e. insurance, finance, law, tax, accountancy - but not essential
  • Other B2B industries that could transfer skills are IT, Technology, Training, logistics or general B2B services
  • Commercial data-driven marketing experience, e.g. using past campaign or market data to formulate an effective campaign with clear objectives from the outset
  • Most important thing is the right personality, see below
