Office Administrator- Kenilworth

We are looking for a strong and well organised office administrator to support our operations departments as well as providing head office with information. This position could be flexible to accommodate school hours for the right person. Ideally the candidate will have sage and CRM experience, however on the job training could be given to the right candidate. Duties will included but not be limited to:

Operations Customer Enquiry Packs

• Customer Quotes & Quote Confirmations

• Job Pack Creation

• Customer Invoicing

• Customer Payments

• Maintain and Update Customer Database

Data Inputting/Filing:

• Uploading documents to client system

• Assets - Equipment / Vehicle Inspection Forms

• Daily Diaries

• Job Packs

• Manage electronic filing system

• Archiving when necessary

Purchasing:

• Raise PO Numbers

• GRN & Process Purchase Invoices

• Maintain Suppliers List

• Maintain stock levels in office & of Daily Diaries / Vehicle & Plant Inspection forms

• Ordering equipment/ppe when required

General

• Accommodation bookings

• Dealing with Vehicle fleet - (booking services, raising issues, hiring additional vehicles)
