Location: Henley-In-Arden Hour rate £10.00-£13.00 per hour 4-6 Weeks Temp

The Secretary role:

  • Preparation of documentation
  • Update of database
  • typing of key letters and emails
  • Diary management
  • Answering the phones
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Taking minutes in board meetings
  • Raising purchase orders

The Ideal candidate for our secretary role:

  • Exceptional IT Skills
  • Fantastic Interpersonal/Communication skills
  • Previous experience within a Secretary role
  • Smart and professional appearance
